| Client | Synonymous with Patient. Patient is typically used in FHIR contexts, whereas Client is used in broader contexts. |
| Facility | A Location where an Organization offers Services and employs Providers. |
| FR | Facility Registry |
| Golden Record | A curated client record that is considered to have the most up to date and accurate client demographic information. It is generally the amalgamation of all records across source systems. |

| NEHR | National Electronic Health Record |
| Non-Survivor | This term is related to the process of resolving duplicates. The client record that will become inactive (discarded, hidden in search results) is called the non-survivor record. |
