It is generally the amalgamation of all records across source systems.| |LK|Acronym for Sri Lanka |NEHR|National Electronic Health Record| |Non-Survivor|This term is related to the process of resolving duplicates. The client record that will become inactive (discarded, hidden in search results) is called the non-survivor record.| |Organization|A recognized grouping of people or organizations involved in health care.| |Patient|Synonymous with Client.
